Sands of Time

Wet sand squishing between my toes
I watch the frothy wave wash over my feet,
Recede again, taking with it the sum of Life's Woes.
This was where we were destined to meet.

Tiny grains of sand shifting
Staring out at the Sunlit water,
I feel my Spirits lifting, Endless as the Sea.
Life goes on for You and Me!

You cried out to my Soul,
and gave to me this Goal.
You opened up my Eyes, You opened up my Heart
and now I know We will never part!

God gave us to each other, He knew what we needed,
so to His Call now have we Heeded!
Never again will I doubt
for every Soul He has a Plan.

To this World will I shout!
Father...You have told me that I can
Let all Your people know what Life's all about!
Ever changing, shifting sands of Time…….
